Chennai Express is an Action Romance film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone directed by Rohit Shetty. It is produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chilies Entertainment. This is the second time the SRK and Deepika is coming together in a film after the Om Shanti Om (2007).

It is a story of a man (SRK) who is trying to adjust with South Indian culture. Film features what happens with him in a journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram.
